Most of our cities are hanging on by a thread. I was working in the east around Istanbul when there was an outbreak. My team and I quickly evacuated to Cairo. We held up there and secured our position until help arrived.
Capt Jack came to our rescue and secured the surrounding locations. Once things calmed down we left Cairo and got back to keeping the east secured. We are doing our best to get to everyone, but it’s difficult with the limited teams we have.
We trained some of the new recruits as a makeshift security team and sent them to our supply center in Sao Paulo. It wasn’t long after the security team arrived that the Hollow Men sent a scouting party. Our new recruits were able to dispatch them quickly and no further skirmishes were detected in that area. Maybe we can finally start to rebuild.
Torbolt sent teams to investigate Atlanta and Denver. After not hearing from those teams for a while, they came back online. There were a few scatter survivors that banded together. The research center in New York and Jacksonville fell. We’re getting used to doing well, then getting pushed back. We seem to be playing a cat and mouse game both with the plague and the Hollow Men. We’re heading back to the havens for resupply and to get ready for our next outreach push.
