May 30th 71 AV
The beginning of May was horrible. It felt like we just couldn’t catch a break. Capt Jack was able to discover a few pockets of survivors in Bogata. We tried to expand a lot this month. I think we spread ourselves a bit too thin. Torbolt and his team heard of some people that were in need of some help in Mexico City. We decided to make that their priority. After some searching they found who they were looking for and dropped off some much needed supplies.
Keldris was working on the western North America and secured the route between San Francisco and Los Angeles. He was then pinned down by some infected and did a broadcast which Torbolt and I received. I had no way to directly communicate with Keldris but I was busy holding down the fort in Chicago and Denver. I found out later that Torbolt was able to get there from Lima via the ocean and landed in our port in Los Angeles.
We spent way too much time on North America and unfortunatly negleted pretty much every where else. We later found out why the America’s were a little easier this time around. The Hollow Men seem to be withdrawing towars Europe. With all of our efforts focused there, Europe didn’t fare to well and we had to withdrew for a short time.
Since we spent all that time in North America, it is doing a better so we set our sites on helping Europe. With a renewed focus, Capt was finally able to convince the locals to show us a trade route into the heart of Europe.
We setup a base of operations and supply in Cairo to be able to quickly deploy help when needed to the local area. I ordered a team of security personnel dispatched from Niflheim immediatly to ensure it’s survival as a long term outpost.
With Europe now added to our ranks, we were able to get a new tool to fight the plague, aircraft! They were surprisingly well kept in an old abandoned military base. This will make getting around a lot easier!
One of our technicians uncovered an archive from about a year ago. Our leaders… they left us! Went to Utopia. The bastards made a list and left the rest of us to die here.
I’m done writing for now.
